What is the Project Workroom?

The workroom is a designated space for a freelancer and buyer to communicate and complete a project.

Access to the workroom is only granted once a project has been officially started (after the buyer has escrowed the milestone amount and selected a freelancer).

Buyers and freelancers can send messages, share files and and conduct a live chat to communicate. If there is a problem a dispute can also be filed to bring the issue to Simple.pk's dispute management team. Project details, timeline and project milestones can also be viewed. Once a milestone is complete payment against it can be requested by clicking the milestones tab in the project workroom.

Whenever a message, file or payment request is made using the workroom the respective buyer or freelancer is notified by email.
