Possibility why the license does not work (Connecting to server failed) dialog appear:
1. Turn off the firewall (Firewall must allow the connection to the port using to activate the floating server), or the license file is not in the location that the server looks for it in.
2. Wrong IP address or port, the license generation is wrong.
3. The server service was NOT restarted after the file was added.
