Write permission denied when activating license
In some events you might get this error:
You have no administrative rights. Please contact your system administrator. Conversion from string "Write permission denied." to type 'Integer' is not valid.
To fix this problem locate the file

Now click the
To change permission, click Edit
Now select the user (you) and optionally other users, and give Write permission to this file.
to close to permissions and again
to close the properties.
Now you can retry to activate the license.
