A: No, we do not charge setup fees, upload fees, or per case fees. No Fees period. We offer simplified and flat rate pricing to our users. The Free Plan is really free as well.
The only other charges you would incur is if you conducted the data searches that are available within the system. You are always notified before accepting any additional charges when you run a search.
