I would like my clients to be able to submit case requests into the system from my website without actually logging into the system themselves. Is this possible

No.  For security purposes, the client must be logged in to create a case and have it enter your system.  If information is able to be entered into a system without a login, that is not secure and the submitted information is not transmitted securely either.
