Q: I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
A: PI Direct Link staff DOES NOT have access to you or your users passwords. We CANNOT change or send passwords.
To reset your password go to your login page. Click on Forgot Password. Enter the email address associated with the user's account. An email will be sent to the user with instructions on how to reset their password. Enter the new password you would like and then type the password again to confirm the passwords match.
TIP: You must follow the link in the password reset email.
