Can investigators add updates or notes to the system?

Yes.  This is an awesome feature that allows you to save time and provide updates to clients quickly.  Investigators can login after they complete a task or day of investigation and write about their findings or activity.  This information can then be relayed to clients via email from the Pending Notes section on the dashboard or reviewed by other investigators working on the case.
