Active Cases Resource Page

The Active Cases list gives you a convenient view of all cases that are, well...Active.  Ones that are new or you are working on, or perhaps wrapping up.  Whether a case is active or not is determined by the Case Status.   You can choose whether a case status is active or not via the Settings > Case Customization area.

Over to the left of this screen, click on the Cases category for more Questions and Answers related to Cases and Case Lists.

In the upper right of this screen, click on the magnifying glass and you may search for cases, in the Knowledge Base to find related Questions and Answers.
