Upgrading OpManager when it is installed on linux server


1)Stop OpManager server using command .\StopOpManagerServer.sh username password

Ex: .\StopOpManagerServer.bat admin admin

2)Backup OpManager database 
  Refer the link below to run backup :

3)Run the following command from OpManagerhome\bin  folder  :

   Ex: UpdateManager.sh -c  


     and follow the onscreen instructions by  provide the full path of the PPM file.

4)Start OpManager server  using StartOpManagerServer.bat command

Ex:.\StartOpManagerServer.bat

(Note: In addition to the database backup , it is also recommended to take a complete OpManager folder backup before proceeding with upgrade after stopping OpManager)
