Running OpManager as Linux service with Auto start after server reboot.

Question: How do I run OpManager as a Linux service  which starts the service after server reboot automatically.

            Answer: Try  the steps below:

Copy both the attached files "linkAsService.sh" and " opm_service" under OpManagerHome/bin  directory , login as super user and execute " sh linkAsService.sh" from same directory.

To start OpManager call   "/etc/init.d/opmanager start"

To stop OpManager call "/etc/init.d/opmanager stop"

Similarly to restart call "/etc/init.d/opmanager restart" and to show status call "/etc/init.d/opmanager status"
