How to configure OpManager to log a ticket to Service Deskplus to a specified default site?

Solution: Making the below changes will  create tickets with a default Site name.

1)Open the file /Opmanager/conf/SDPMSPConfig.xml in a Wordpad

2)Enter the site name between <SDP-Params>  to which Opmanager has to log tickets (it is case sensitive)

3)Save the file and restart OpManager. 

Now all the tickets from OpManager will be logged on to that default site.
