Solution: To add trap processors, copy the vendor trap mibs to Opmanager\mibs folder and  go to  Admin-> SNMP Trap Processors> mouse over Actions tab and click on Load Traps from MIBs.

The mibs will be listed >  Click on the MIB name which you want to load, now it will lists all available trap processors > select the required ones and add it.
