  • Important Information from Kolbe Tech Support!
    When you submit a ticket, we will respond as quickly as possible.  Due to heavy traffic, it may take up to 1 business day for a team member to respond.  Once online classes begin on August 23rd, online students with Adobe Connect login issues will be expedited to "high priority", and should receive a response within 15 minutes. 

    Please review the solutions below to common questions:

    • Parents must use the app.schoology.com URL to log in to Parent accounts.  Parents no longer can use the kolbe.schoology.com URL, as that has been re-designed to integrate with students' MyKolbe accounts.

    • Online course enrollments will be listed in Schoology and Adobe Connect by the end of the day on Friday, August 19th.  If you do not see a course listed in Schoology after August 19th, please submit a tech support ticket.

    • Online Course Parents:  Please re-read through the welcome email that was sent to you, which can be found at this link.  The welcome email contains a lot of information, and may provide the answer to your question.

    • Self-Paced Parents:  Please re-read through the welcome email that was sent to you, which can be found at this link.  The welcome email contains a lot of information, and may provide the answer to your question.
