To take advantage of this upgrade package offer you will need to return the box to me here in Thailand. You only need to send back the MyGica box itself, so please DO NOT send back the Power Supply or Remote etc as that also keeps the shipping costs to a minimum for both of us. You should package it safely and securely in a suitable bubble wrap padded strong jiffy bag or similar (please do not send it back in the original weighty MyGica cardboard packing box). For customs declaration you should show on the package that it is a "Used Media Player returned for repair" with a notional used item box only value of say around US$25. This will avoid any possible customs delays and any duty and VAT being applied here. I will return the fully upgraded and tested box back to you with the same customs declaration and notional value, but as always we must remind you that any most unlikely (and truly unjustified) local customs problems are entirely your responsibility of course.
Provided your box is indeed working okay when you ship it to to me, I will complete this major upgrade, configure it for your personal use, and also check the box over to make sure it is returned to you in full and optimum working order. You should allow at least 3 to 4 weeks in all because of the shipping transit times, but I will endeavour to turn these around here normally within two business days of receipt.
The cost for this service is only £35 in total if paid direct to my UK bank account, or US$60 to my PayPal account. This cost also includes all return registered airmail shipping and packaging costs and the full EmbER licence activation fee (for which a copy of the activation certificate will be included with the returned box).
If you wish to take advantage of this service then please email me for shipping and payment details to ray@iplayerproxy4u.com and let me know if there are any faults that may also need fixing with your box itself. We may be able to fix some hardware faults though sadly, if needed, new spare parts are no longer available from the factory for the ATV1200 boxes. So please explain to me any faults you have, and I will advise you as to the chances of repair, and if there will be any additional costs involved, before you ship it out to me.
