Until the ‘answer to a person’ feature will be included, you can match your text to any other particular text individually. First you need to analyze the text you wish to match and then start a separate analysis where you write/add your own text. You can then simply compare the sets of results for any categories or sub-categories.
Just keep in mind the purpose for your communication. You may not want to match an angry tone expressed in an email from a customer if you want to lead the customer towards a more positive sentiment.
