AHCI Driver:
Fix for Microsoft container issues, including a boot issue caused by Windows Sandbox, and a freeze when unlocking OneDrive Personal Vault.
Configuration tools:
Add "UnFuze" option which moves all data to the slow media, then re-linearizes it and removes the tiering metadata, so the FuzeDrive driver is no longer required to access the drive (i.e., cloning to a third disk and back again is no longer required, though it is likely faster to use that method).
Fixes for various drive discovery issues
Systray tool:
Fix spurious "Activate acceleration" warnings.
More error conditions are recognized (usually issues with the underlying hardware), and certain errors will no longer pop up constantly.
EFI Loader:
For new bootable tiers, a new boot loader is used that does not require Secure Boot to be disabled.  The FuzeDrive logo is no longer displayed.
