Can FuzeDrive support two SSDs?

Yes!

Examples include 256GB/512GB NVMe SSD tiered with a 1-2TB TLC or QLC SSD SATA device. The software will move all the frequently accessed files onto the NVMe and you get the benefit of a larger virtual SSD.
