            Employee Guide - I Forgot My PIN (with Video)

            Employee Unable to Remember eSign PIN:

            Note: Only the employee can reset their eSign PIN. This can be done prior to eSigning or by canceling out of the signing process and resetting before proceeding.

            Resetting a PIN:

            If employee is logged into their account and cannot remember their PIN during the eSigning process, they are able to reset their PIN.
            Cancel button (if being prompted to enter PIN to eSign) to return to the Employee Portal or;

            1. Click My Profile In the upper right to access PIN (and Password)
            2. Enter a new password (must be different from last 4 passwords)
            3. Remove all ●●●● from the PIN and Verify PIN boxes and re-enter PIN
            4. ​Click Submit to save and continue eSigning process
