EHX Admin Guide: Personnel Change Request
Purpose:
To illustrate the process of how to
initiate a Personnel Change Request in EHX. A personnel change request
may be completed for the following events:
Disciplinary Action
Position or Pay Change
Termination
Bonus
Reimbursement
Payroll Deduction
Employee Transfer
Required Access:
To initiate a Personnel
Change Request, you must have access to your EHX Admin or Manager Portal.
Locate Employee:
Login to your Company EHX Portal
Locate the Employee you wish to start a
Personnel Change Request for.
Click the green gear next to the
employee to initiate the Action Menu.
Initiate a Personnel Change Request:
Under the Available
Actions menu, select New Request.
Select Personnel
Change from the Request Type drop down menu.
TIP: Under the Notes tab, managers or admins can
write notes about the request, employee, etc...
Complete the Personnel Change Request Interview:
1. Once your request is
generated, you will need to complete the Interview
2. Click Personnel
Change under the Interviews tab - the Interview will launch
Follow the onscreen questions and select the event that began the
personnel change initiation.
Next, select the
applicable characteristics that apply to the employee. You will be prompted to select a New Employee Type, New Pay Type,
and New Pay Rate - in this example
Approving your
Personnel Change Request:
If your employee is
involved in this change - they need to e-Sign the request.
The employee will
receive an email notification of the document to review and e-Sign.
The employee reviews the
Personnel Change Request and e-Signs using their personal PIN.
The Personnel Change
Request status will change to Pending
Manager Approval or Pending Admin
Approval, depending on your approval workflow.
If your employee is not
involved in this change, you will need to Prep
the Document for e-Sign.
3. Now you are ready
to Approve the Personnel Change Request
Depending on your Workflow, the
Manager will approve and the request status will change to Pending Admin Approval.
Once the request meets the approval
requirements, the status will change to Approved by Admin and
you are finished.

Follow the on screen questions to
guide you through any change request you wish to make for an employee.
Once any change request has been
completed and Approved by Admin, you
are finished and the applicable Employee data will be updated.
