Admin Guide - How Do I locate a User ID for an Employee, Manager or Admin?
Employee, Manager and Admin User IDs can be viewed in EHX. Managers only have access to view Employee UserID's.
View Employee User IDs
Managers (where employee is assigned) and Admins can view employee UserID details by accessing User Profile.
- Click Employees View
- Click green Actions Gear of Employee to view
- Click User Profile Tab
Manager User IDs
Admins and SuperAdmins can view Manager UserID details by accessing User Profile
- Click Managers View
- Click green Actions Gear of Manager to view
- Click Edit Manager Tab
Admin User IDs
SuperAdmins can view Admin and SuperAdmin UserID details by accessing User Profile
- Click Setup
- Click Administrator User
- Click green Actions Gear of Admin to view
- Click Edit Admin Tab
