Using Google Docs

How to Embed a Google Doc, Google Sheet, or Google Slide into a Question

Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, or any other product with an embed link can be used in an Edcite Assignment.  Follow these step by step instructions to embed a Google product into your Edcite Assignment.


1. Locate the Embed Link for your Google Doc, Sheet, or Slide. For information on how to access an embed link, click here.


2. In your Question Editor, click on the blue pencil icon to open your Rich Text Editor.




3. Click on the icon that shows a piece of paper and a globe.




4. A pop-up window will open. Enter the Embed Link in the space provided and then click the Insert button. The Google Doc, Sheet, or Slide will now appear in your Question Editor.




Note: You can adjust the Height and Width of your Doc, Sheet, or Slide.
