Rosters - Archive a Class

How to Archive a Class

Educators may choose to archive a class from last semester, last year, or a class they no longer teach. Note: Archiving is preferable over deleting because it allows the educator to unarchive in case an error is made. Follow these directions to archive a class.

1. Click on Roster and select My Classes.

2. Click on the name of the class you wish to archive to open the class.

3. Click "Edit Class" and then select "Archive Class". You will also be asked if you want to archive students as well.
