Archive a Student

How to Archive a Student

Follow these step-by-step instructions to Archive a student. Note: Archiving is preferable over deleting because it allows the educator to unarchive students in case an error is made.

1. Click on Roster and select My Students.



2. Checkbox the name(s) of the student(s) you wish to archive, click the "Student Actions" dropdown, and then select "Archive Student(s)".
