This article is for existing Vox clients who would like change their debit order date.

Changing your Vox debit order date:

If you need to change your Vox debit order date from the one you selected when signing up for your Vox product, you can simply log a support ticket here with your request and we will assist you.


Debit order date options:

Your debit order date options are either the 1st, 15th or the 26th of the month.


Once your email ticket has been received by us, we will log in to your Vox account and send a payment method change request to the debtors department at Vox. You will then receive an SMS confirming your payment method change request. Click on the link in the SMS to confirm the change:

Once the new debit order date request has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation SMS from Vox.
