Using the map controls

When using the online community connector, you will see these buttons in the top right corner of the page. These should be familiar to anyone who has used Google maps before. You can use these buttons to control the view of your map.

The first drop-down box allows you to choose the type of map that will be underlaid under your neighbor icons.

The button seen below allows you to maximize the map to fill your whole screen. When you are ready to leave the fullscreen mode, hit your escape key on your keyboard.

Use the '+' and '-' buttons to zoom in and out of the map. Alternatively, you can use your mouse scroll wheel to also zoom in and out.

Drag the streetview icon to any blue highlighted street to get a street-level view of that street. Click the arrow in the top left of the screen to return to the normal view.
