Sign Up as a Partner Church

Signing up your church or networked ministry

Creating your church, association, or ministry within Blesseveryhome.com will give your organization access to our powerful ministry services. The signup process only takes a few minutes to complete. We recommend that only organization staff or authorized volunteers follow the steps below to create the organization. If you do not think you are qualified, consider sending these instructions to someone who is instead.

Note: If you already have a general account with Blesseveryhome.com, you can skip the following step.
  • The first step is to sign up for an account. You can click here to view an article on the signup process. The linked article explains how to sign up for a personal account which automatically creates a Light role. The function of the Light role is for you to pray directly for your neighbors. This account will be your personal account. Other administrators at your organization will be able to use their own accounts as well, so we recommend that you use your own real name when setting up your account. You will have an opportunity to name the organization later. 


  • After you have created your account, it is time to add your organization role. While logged into your account, click 'MY ACCOUNT' in the right-hand corner of the page to be taken to your account page.



  • Click the 'ADD NEW' button on the 'Church or network organization box' in the 'Your roles' section near the top of your account page.

NOTE: If your organization has already been created in Blesseveryhome.com, you will need to contact a current administrator and have them invite you.
  • You will be presented with a search box which allows you to search for your organization. Begin by typing your organization's name. If you see the correct organization in the suggestions box, click it to make the selection. If you are not able to find your organization, try these tips:
    • Search for the name as it would appear in Google Maps.
    • Add the city after the name of your organization.
    • Use the magnifying glass button to run a broader search based on your input.
    • If you absolutely cannot find your organization, press the '+' button and enter its information in the fields that appear.

  • If you correctly selected your organization from the suggestions box, the search box will disappear and be replaced with your organization's information as seen in the screenshot below. If the selection is not correct, click the greyed-out 'CHANGE' button to search again.
  • Click 'CONTINUE TO STEP 2' when you are done.


NOTE: If you are having trouble finding your church or you cannot select it because the system says that your church has already signed up, CLICK HERE to submit a help ticket and we will gladly help you. It helps if you use the same email in the help ticket as you use for your Bless Every Home Account.
  1. On the next page, fill out the following fields if applicable.
    1. Personal phone - a direct line so that we can reach you if there is an issue with your organization's account. This is only visible to you and our staff.
    2. Phone - the phone number for the organization. This will be visible to users who might affiliate with your organization.
    3. Web address - your organization's website URL, preferably the home page. This may be auto-filled from the information gathered in the previous step.
    4. Privacy policy link - a URL for your organization's privacy policy. We recommend your organization have a published privacy policy that indicates how your organization handles a user's personal data.
  2. Underneath those fields, select the type of organization you are wanting to create by clicking the box. Your selection will have a green check mark icon in the top right corner as seen in the animation below. Your selection will affect the structure of how your organization is set up as well as the prices of some of the services.
    1. Single church - A church is meant to have Lights directly affiliate with it. It
    2. Network organization - A network organization can have Lights directly affiliate with it, but can also have multiple churches and other networked organizations affiliate underneath its "umbrella".

  1. If you selected 'Single church', enter your average weekend attendance.
  2. If you selected 'Network organization', enter the number of churches that are part of your network.

  1. In the 'Memberships' section, add a check mark next to the name of any networked organizations that you would like your organization to be affiliated with. This step is completely optional. This will share some of the information of your affiliated Lights and networked organizations. You can read more about what is shared in our privacy policy.
  2. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions by checking the box.
  3. When you are done with all of the information on this page, click 'FINISH'.

  • You should now see your organization's subscriptions screen. You now have the option to purchase a subscription to our services available to organizations. Click the following links for more information regarding each service.
Now that you have created an organization, you can switch between your organization role and your personal Light role by clicking 'MY ACCOUNT' in the top-right corner of the page and clicking the role you would like to view.
