Signing up as a Partner Association of Churches

            Subscribing your Association as a Partner Association in Bless Every Home can be a great way to get your organization involved in prayer. This will give you access to real-time updates of your organization's churches and their members' progress in their neighborhoods, Train & Grow resources, and the tools to launch an awareness campaign of your own to mobilize your members into actions for the Kingdom of God. The signup process only takes a minute to complete.

            • The first step is to sign up for an account. You can click here to view an article on the signup process. That article explains how to sign up for an account which automatically creates a Light role. The function of the Light role is for you to pray directly for your neighbors. This account will be your personal account. Other administrators at your organization will be able to use their own accounts as well, so we recommend that you use your real name when setting up your account. You will have an opportunity to name the church later.  

            • After you have created your account, it is time to add a role as an Association. From a new account after confirming your email, click 'MY ACCOUNT' in the upper right-hand corner of the page to be taken to your account page.

            • You will then see a button under the 'Your roles' section that allows you to add a new role to your account. Click the 'ADD ROLE' button. The 'Add new role' box will always be the last box in the list of your roles.

            • Click the 'ASSOCIATION' button to start setting up your association.

            NOTE: If your association has already signed up for Bless Every Home, you will need to contact a current administrator and have them invite you.

            • You will then be able to put in the name of your association. Use the search field to find your association name (A). It helps if you enter your city first followed by the name of your association. Select the correct option that appears in the suggestion box as you type. If your correct option does not appear, use the magnifying glass (B) button to run a search based on your input. If you absolutely cannot find your association, press the plus button (C) and enter its information in the fields that appear. Click 'CONTINUE TO STEP 2' when you are done.

            NOTE: If you are having trouble finding your association or you cannot select it because the system says that your association has already signed up, CLICK HERE to submit a help ticket and we will gladly help you. It helps if you use the same email in the help ticket as you use for your Bless Every Home Account. 

            • In the next step enter the number of churches that are under your association into the appropriate field. The Memberships section allows you to associate your church with another association that uses Bless Every Home. Under the memberships section, you can check the box next to their name to be able to allow them to track your association's progress. This step is optional, so if you do not belong to an association, do not feel obligated to check a box. You can always add an association later in your account settings. Read through the terms and conditions and check the 'I Accept' box to confirm when you have read them. Click 'CONTINUE' when you are done. 

            • You should now see your association's subscription screen. You can see which products your association is currently subscribed to on this page. Choose Subscribe or Buy on the Bless Partner box to subscribe your association as a Partner Association in Bless Every Home.             • Once you select what subscription type you would like, you will be prompted to enter a coupon code if you have one. Coupons are sometimes given to associations using Bless Every Home for their churches to get their first month free, or instances where an association elects to prepay for its churches. If you do not have a coupon, hit 'CONTINUE' to skip the coupon entry.

            • On the next page, enter your credit card information. We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Cards. Verify that the information typed is correct and then click 'SUBSCRIBE' to finish the subscription process. You can also click the Verified Merchant Seal to be reassured that your payment is being processed securely. 

            • Once your payment has been processed, you can click the 'DASHBOARD' button on the yellow navigational ribbon at the top-left of the page to begin managing your association's churches. 

            NOTE: Your churches in your association will need to associate themselves with your association for them to show up on your dashboard. They can do this by checking box under memberships on their account page.
