How to have your church members sign up and be connected to your church

            If you are launching in your church, you will want your congregation to be associated with your church so you can track their progress. 

            If they have not signed up yet, you can share your church's PROMO Link with them. This will walk them through the signup process and automatically link them to your organization. We recommend you use this URL in an email or social media campaign to maximize the number of people that sign up under your church. 

            To find your church's PROMO Link, click the 'TOOLS' icon in the top-right corner of the page while viewing your church role. (If you have multiple roles, you will need to make sure that you are viewing the correct role before clicking the 'TOOLS' icon. You can change roles by clicking your account name in the top-right corner and selecting the correct role.)

            Scroll down the TOOLS page to find the Promo Link as seen below:

            NOTE: Each PROMO Link is created uniquely for each organization. The URL listed above will not work for your church and will need to be copied from your church's Settings page. The above URL is only shown for example.

            Note: The PROMO Link relies on browser cookies for the process to work. To ensure that members using the link are properly linked to your church, they will need to click the link, create their account, and confirm their email all in the same browser. It is also important that their browser does not block cookies.
